After successfully raising funds, Vulca will launch 10 Data Decentralized Units in all regions which prompt for operating and recruiting the first batch of PWDs workforce. This is the main protocol for standardizing every unit under Vulcan’s name.
10 Social development and human security local offices will sign MOU with Vulcan in order to open Data Decentralized Units and receive the support from Vulcan Learning & Development Team to transform the local office to be the data learning center and equip the officers with data literacy skills. We expected all officers in Data Decentralized Units to professionally facilitate the data training program for PWDs in their responsible area by using the Vulcan Academy platform.
Social development and human security local offices will recruit PWDs who are seeking job opportunities in their hometown and pre-screen the potential candidates to attend the data literacy training program.
The specialist officers who were well-trained as we mentioned previously will be coaches and facilitators guiding PWDs through all learning processes in Vulcan Academy. This partnership model will further Vulcan’s strength to scale the workforce with lower cost.
After completing all modules of the data literacy program, PWDs will go through the evaluation process to determine their ability and readiness to be a data labelers. The one who scores the evaluation test above 80% will be certified as ‘Vulcan Data Labelers’. This will grant access to work on Vulcan Data Labeling Platform.
The certified Data Labelers will get the account to perform on our platform. In order to guarantee high quality data workforces, Vulcan productivity team will provide the online orientation to instruct working rule and regulation. After the orientation process, all PWDs could work anywhere and anytime to earn the token equivalent to the amount of work they contribute.
