Learning and Development Platform for PWDs
Our ambitious vision to reskill 10,000 PWDs across the nation requires technology to assist the training process. Vulcan academy will be the first learning platform in Thailand that is specially designed for PWDs. All learning materials and functions in our platform will be inaccessible from compatible with the limitation of various ranges of PWDs.
Vulcan Academy will contain a comprehensive data fundamental course to educate PWDs about data literacy and AI. This platform will provide the after-session test to evaluate the level of understanding and issue certification as evidence to guarantee the completion.
Vulcan also partners with the government sector to design the extra curriculum to provide additional training such as English for possibility and communication for change. This course will sharpen the skill and extend core knowledge for PWDs to increase the possibility to enter the labor market.
