Role of ‘VDDU’

Vulcan and Social development and human security local offices located at every province in Thailand are partners to enhance the data labeling ability through training programs for PWDs in their area. Each party will contribute resources and specialists to drive this Data Decentralized Unit and revolutionize working opportunities for 10,000 PWDs.

Vulcan will provide the training portal named ‘Vulcan Academy’. This portal consists of all training courses, material and advisor for reskilling PWDs and also provides the standard evaluation to certified PWDs to be ‘Vulcan Data Labelers’ who are permitted to prepare data set on Vulcan data labeling platform and earn tokens in return.

Social development and human security local offices, a government local unit endeavor for empowering and proliferating the PWDs in their responsible area, have PWDs database and human resources who could reach and recruit all PWDs to be our data labelers. Moreover, they are an imperative key player for facilitating the PWDs training through Vulcan Academy.
